The IFEI French Institute of Real Estate Valuation
is a centre for dialogue and reflection about
property valuation expert activity
It has two main categories of members:
> Valuation experts, full members or auditors,
> Associate members, practising real estate professionals.
The IFEI’s main objective is to standardise and transmit valuation methods and ethical principles.
Their actions are oriented towards informing and refreshing property valuation experts thanks to the implementation of:
- Monthly conferences on a subject relating to property valuations,
- Property Valuation Conference: annual public conference
- Visits of emblematic property transactions,
- Regional seminars,
- Exchanges with the teaching world and professional organisations
The IFEI also organises training sessions for REV-qualified experts
Regional representations were constituted in order to ensure that the IFEI is represented throughout the entire country of France, spreading their actions close to the field.
